Foresters Serving Benzie, Grand Traverse & Leelanau Conservation Districts
Often forest landowners would benefit from a level of professional forestry assistance that is not funded by government programs. Examples of this are: setting up a timber sale, the writing of a forest management plan, or conducting timber inventories and appraisals. To assist landowners who desire that level of forestry assistance, we have compiled a listing of Foresters, professionals with a minimum four-year forestry degree from an accredited University. Foresters may be self-employed or procure timber for a forest products company. Their fee structures vary.
